Pizza Margherita

The pizza Margherita is Rome's favorite snack and street food. You can buy it with many different toppings. Widely available throughout the city. It is sold by the weight and eaten  while walking. The only ingredients in our pizza Margarita are: Flour, water, sourdough starter, Salt, Tomato Sauce and fresh mozzarella.

Crostata di Ciliegie

If you had a grandmother like mine and were born in Italy, she would make a cherry tart for your afternoon snack. As soon as your homework was complete, a nice slice of crostata with a glass of milk would be waiting for you, and then you'd be ready to go play outside until dinner. The only ingredients in our cherry tart are flour, eggs, butter, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla bean seeds, baking soda, and cherry jam.

Pizza Bianca

The Pizza Bianca is another staple of Roman cuisine. It can be enjoyed on its own, but is often served sandwich-style filled with the Romans' favorite cured meat, La Mortadella. Although Mortadella originates from the region around Bologna, it pairs perfectly with Pizza Bianca. Our Pizza Bianca is made with flour, water, sourdough starter, salt, and topped with extra virgin olive oil.

Focaccia Barese

The Focaccia Barese is the original deep dish pizza, made famous by the city of Bari in the region of Puglia from which it gets its name. The ingredients needed to make this focaccia include a mix of regular flour and semolina flour, potatoes, sourdough starter, salt, extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomatoes, and fresh oregano.

Biscotti al Vino

These wonderful cookies are very popular in the hills just south of Rome and stretching to the Ciociaria region, which gets its name from the shoes (Ciocie) that pastors used to wear. The cookies are made with flour, extra virgin olive oil, wine, sugar, baking soda, and anise seeds.

Migliaccio

The Migliaccio is the original cheesecake that originated in the city of Naples. The name Migliaccio comes from one of the original ingredients used, millet, which was eventually replaced by semolina flour. The ingredients for making Migliaccio are: milk, water, ricotta cheese, butter, semolina flour, eggs, orange rind, sugar, salt, and vanilla bean.
